BUTLER ROW | MEMPHIS, TN

Butler Row is a mixed-use development in Downtown Memphis featuring 300 luxury apartments, 12,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a 300-car parking garage.  Located blocks away from the South Main commercial district and across the street from Wiseacre Brewing’s new headquarters and taproom, Butler Row will bridge these two Memphis anchors.  Design is underway and expected to finish in Q1 2023 with construction starting shortly thereafter and finishing in Q1 2025.

good shepherd rehabilitation network

KPS has been working with Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network on the master development of their 45-acre site in Center Valley, PA which they acquired in 2016. In 2020, Good Shepherd announced that they would be building a new 76-bed, 123,000 SF state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital as the first phase of this master-developed site. KPS managed the hospital project through the entitlement, design, and construction phases, and the new hospital opened on July 31, 2023.

Developed in 2006 by Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is a 450,000 SF outdoor lifestyle center located in Center Valley, PA just south of the Allentown/Bethlehem area. The Promenade Shops are anchored by an AMC Theater, LL Bean, Fresh Market, and Barnes & Noble as well as some of the Lehigh Valley’s best restaurants and retail.

iowa river landing

Oliver McMillan (now Brookfield Properties), acting as the Development Manager on behalf of the City of Coralville, Iowa helped the City realize the mixed-use potential of this former brownfield site. Iowa River Landing is anchored by the 286-room Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and includes more than 330,000 square feet of retail, office, residential and entertainment space. It is also the home of The University of Iowa Health Care’s medical clinic, Homewood Suites, Von Maur, and many other retail, dining, and entertainment offerings.

highland row | Memphis, TN

A joint venture between Poag Shopping Centers, LLC and Milhaus, Highland Row is a mixed-use development located within walking distance of the University of Memphis. Completed in 2016, the project consists of 354 apartment units and approximately 30,000 SF of ground floor retail and restaurant space.
