About KPS
Scott A Kern President
Scott Kern started his career working as a development intern for LendLease/ERE Yarmouth on the 1997 redevelopment of Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, CA. Since then, he has spent over 21 years working in the retail and mixed-use development industry and is now leveraging that experience with the launch of KPS Development, LLC in 2019. KPS Development, LLC is a full-service real estate development company focused on mixed-use development in urban and suburban markets across the country.
Kindle FigliolA
Project Manager
Kindle began her career with the US Navy before graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Sam Houston State University. While at SHSU, she was awarded a competitive internship with Cannon Design in Houston, TX. After moving to Memphis in 2021, Kindle began working for Poag Shopping Centers, where she then transitioned to KPS Development Partners, a joint venture between Poag Shopping Centers and KRN Development. Outside of work, she enjoys afternoons in her hammock, gardening, and traveling with her family.
Miles M. Miller
Project Manager
Miles Miller is a development project manager with KPS Development. Miles started his career as a development intern with Thomas Safran & Associates, an affordable housing developer in the Greater Los Angeles area. After moving to Memphis in 2019, Miles completed his graduate degree in City Planning while also consulting with local government entities and small developers. Miles joined KRN development in 2021 and has since worked on several projects ranging from new construction Mixed-Use buildings to renovations to large scale retail centers. In his free time, Miles loves to play Basketball, Tennis, and listen to actual play podcasts.
